At Celestial Flame Gate, we strive to ensure that all spiritual teachings, scrolls, and sessions are delivered with care and integrity. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted for purchases made through our website.

1. Digital Products (Scrolls, Seals, Audio, and Downloads)

• All sales of digital content are final. Due to the nature of digital files (e.g., scrolls, PDFs, audio tracks), we cannot offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or delivered.

• If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase, we will work with you to ensure proper delivery of the file(s). Please contact us within 7 days of purchase at rashalien.flamewalker@gmail.com for assistance.

2. Custom or Channeled Scrolls

• Custom-created scrolls, sigils, or written transmissions are non-refundable once the work has begun, due to the personalized and spiritual nature of the creation process.

• If we are unable to complete your custom order for any reason, a full refund will be issued.

3. Live Sessions (Zoom, Energy Work, or Spiritual Readings)

• Cancellations:

  • You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 1 hour in advance of the scheduled time for a full refund or credit toward a future session.

  • Cancellations made within 1 hour of the session are non-refundable.

• No-Shows:

  • If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be given.

4. Physical Products (if offered)

• For any physical items (e.g., printed scrolls or altar cards), refunds will be offered only for defective or damaged items.

• To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item.

• Shipping costs for returning physical products are non-refundable.

5. Gift Cards or Vouchers

• All sales of gift cards or vouchers are final and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

6. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
